This should leave 4 slots empty I put enough for 1 reinforcement in case too deep and reasons. Put mats for 1 multipurpose room, 1 hatch, 1 scanner room, 4 range upgrade modules, mats for thermal reactor 4 grown gel sacks and everything except for titanium for bio reactor, 1 cell charger and 1 batter charger.
